It is our firm belief that superior software can be produced consistently only in an organization where all elements come together. The right people with the right skills, and matching personalities need to be hired, and they need to be nurtured and trained in the right environment. We need to have the right infrastructure and processes that will allow us to do this many times over with consistent quality.
With this in mind, our founder, Satish Natarajan, started Kaverisoft, Inc. in August 2006 with an office in Mysore, India and another office in California, USA. With his prior experience of building successful engineering teams we had a good start. However, as anybody who has ever started a company would agree, every single time it is a new challenge and it needs the focus in execution, and eye on the guiding principles to do it right.
Today we are a successful and profitable company with several happy customers. Our customers are especially satisfied with our persistence in solving any type of tough technical problems, and our responsiveness to their needs.
Satish Natarajan
Founder & CEO
Satish is the Principal founder of KaveriSoft. He has over 15 years of Experience in Leading Research and Development of Software Solutions. His Experience includes working at Infoseek, Disney, Propel Software and Return Path. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Mysore University and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from University of Mississippi.
Shailaja Satish
Shailaja Satish brings to Kaverisoft 12 yrs of hi-tech industry experience through leadership roles in varied sub-fields such as programming, consulting, training, tech support and customer advocacy. Prior to Kaverisoft, Shailaja worked at Kintana, Mercury Interactive and Hewlett-Packard. Shailaja has a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Osmania University and a Masters in Computer Sciences from the University of Mississippi.
Mahesh Natarajan
Mahesh is the General Manager for the India Operations at Kaverisoft. Mahesh brings to Kaverisoft 4+ yrs of experience in recruiting, managing and running a successful software company in India. Mahesh has Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Mysore Unversiry.
Natarajan Periannapillai
Mr. Natarajan comes to Kaveri with a long and successful career of 45 years with the Archeological Survey of India. Mr. Natarajan serves as the chief advisor regarding overall financial health of the company and strategic management issues.
Bill Rose
Bill Rose has over 20 years of software leadership experience. He was a Director of Engineering at Frame Technology, Vice President of Advanced Engineering at Infoseek, General Manager for Disney Online, Vice President of Engineering at Propel and Founder/CTO at ewalk Software Corporation. He has a degree in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.
